PREP

What is the Portable Response Emergency Plan (PREP)?
The Portable Response Emergency Plan (PREP) is a web-based mobile app designed for health care organizations to host their emergency operations plans and facility-specific files. It allows all staff members to quickly access crucial information, improving communication, comprehension, and reaction times during an emergency.

How can communities participate in the PREP program?
Once the program starts, a HAPevolve team member will reach out to communities interested in PREP. Participating communities will receive a free 12-month subscription to the platform. The time commitment will vary based on the level of understanding, training, and deployment needed, but expect at least a few meetings (2-3).

Brought to you by our Partners at HAPevolve:

The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) has been the leading advocate for Pennsylvania’s hospitals and health systems and their patients for just over 100 years. In light of an increasingly changing health care landscape, HAP launched HAPevolve, a wholly-owned subsidiary, to leverage its strengths and develop innovative solutions that helps its members and clients meet their operational, clinical, and financial goals. In addition to working with Hospital and Health Systems in Pennsylvania, we also provide consulting services and solutions to Long-Term Care and other healthcare providers across the country.

HAPevolve was formed to bring a different approach to finding solutions to some of the industry’s most pressing challenges.
