What is the Caring for the Careforce: LTC Rise 3.0 South Central PA Leadership Network?
The Caring for the Careforce: LTC Rise 3.0 South Central PA Leadership Network is a program focused on supporting leadership capacity for age-friendly care. It enhances and expands the leadership competencies of Nursing Home Administrators (NHAs), Executive Directors (EDs), Directors of Nursing (DONs), and other long-term care facility executives to better support the care workforce.
What does the program include?
The program includes at least two education sessions followed by monthly coaching meetings with the South Central PA Leadership Network. Additionally, individual long-term care facility consultations on specific topics are available upon request.
When does the program run?
Those who sign up will be provided the link to attend virtually on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 1 - 2pm. Starting October 16th.
What are the benefits of participating in this program?
Participants will gain improved leadership competencies, the ability to foster a positive workplace culture that retains talented employees, and enhanced capacity to promote wellness and care for their staff. This can lead to better overall outcomes for both staff and residents in long-term care facilities.
Who can participate in the program?
The program is open to NHAs, EDs, DONs, and other LTCF executives who are looking to enhance their leadership skills and better support their care workforce.
